Hyde Street

This project was a warehouse subdivision of an existing building into a titled arrangement and three new factories in a highly sought after area. Individual warehouses, ranging from 184m2 to 325m2, are provided with street frontage, commercial roller doors, toilet and kitchenette facilities and separate entries.
