On a tight site near Chapel Street, South Yarra, the design includes 32 Apartments and a Roof Top Communal Area over 8 stories. The simple podium and tower form is accentuated in the architecture with contrasting natural and black concrete, dark bronze and natural finish adjustable louvres.
